Assessment and confirmation of transgender or gender-expansive needs utilizing the Gender Affirmative and Supportive Surgery Evaluation Tool (Gender ASSET) culminating in a gender dysphoria letter in line with World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) standards, if appropriate.
